1.select a photo from your pc..

2. Select polygonal lasso tool..

3. mark the area that would be edited..

4. follow the instructions picture.

5. Next..

6. Than..

7. follow the instructions picture...

8. see the edits that you make..

9. hmm .. still looks simple .. and further..

10.set the options according to your wishes .. and click ok .. then enjoy your work..
